Your car probably wouldn't need more than 87, but it's complete BS to say that no Honda needs higher than 87 octane. GS-Rs are the lowest Honda that needs 91 or better (And you can fudge with 89, but I don't do that...), but there's also the ITR and the S2000, who both have such high compression ratios that using 87 Octane gas is most definately not a smart thing...
One of the reasons the DC5 ITR wont be coming here is the lack of commonly available 94 grade gas, amongst marketing limitations with the Acura name and limited market for such an NA car...
So blanket statements about 87 Octane are not the smartest things to make...
