3a. My 93 civic ex is very similar. Older honda's dont have great suspension...luxury isnt that big of a deal when making hondas in the first place..its an economy car.
4a. 87 octane or better, no hondas that i know of need ANY higher! No need to use higher, its a waste unless ur racng..and ur not with that car..yet!
5a. DONT take it to wal-mart! LOL...j/k..they might do a good job...i just wouldnt take it there..i change my own oil. But the answer...most shops will want you to change air filter. Ask them to show you ur current air filter and see if its brownish and dirty..if it is..change it. But after that you shouldnt have to change ur air filter for another good year. You can easily check your own air filter with a socket wrench set...easy as pie! While its off you can pop a new one in..NO labor charge from wal-mart then for installing it!
I couldnt answer 1 and 2..i dont own an integra so i dont know.
