Will the ace intake fit in my OEM air filter box, or would I have to just remove it? If it does go into my OEM air filter box would it not still be a cold air intake bc the air box picks up air from the lower front of my car anyway. Why would anyone with a decent car drive through 16 inches of water to lock up the air in and out?
Bomz

the intake system will replace your entire stock setup. (airbox, tube to throtle body, resonator)

you will hydrolock your engine if you drive through deep enough puddles. if you live in an area that's flood prone, i'd go with the AEM CAI with the breather valve.

if your filter becomes submerged in water, the 2nd valve along the tube will open up and allow the engine to breathe. also, notice the support brackets along the way. you won't find that on the generic ebay intakes you've posted.
