the main differance between all of these and a brand name is in the support system. with the Ace intake (i've never heard of that before) it looks like the intake will just hang off of the throtle body. with the AEM setup, there's support brackets along the tube.

if you live in CA, AEM and Iceman are the only CARB exempt intakes. you won't pass your visual inspection otherwise.
