Good idea to go for [adjustable] drop before rims. Accords, or any car, taller than stock are ugly when they dont have reason to be.

Camber kits are usually for drops lower than 2". If you drop between 1.5" and 2" you should be okay without one. Less than 1.5 will be unnecessary for a camber kit. You can get your camber checked by anywhere that does alignment (it's better if they're installing it too so you save money)
