Alright, I've decided to wait on rims, and blow the last of my money on lowering my car.

So where's the cheapest place to get a full coil over system? Apexi, Tein, I really don't care. I just want good quality. Adjustable height is good too.

Also, am I going to have to buy a camber kit? And where can I get the amount of camber I have measured?
