Good thought on the spring hitting itself. But I have Eibach Pro on KYB AGX, the spring should be hard enough not to have coil hitting coil. Anyway, I've ordered new shocks and I just want to know how the strut mount is installed. The one on the link has three screws but the one I've ordered has two screws to fit the Civic format.

I really mean strut mount. It's the part that holds the top of the suspension piece to the chassis. It contains a "Crown" with two screws and two pieces of grommets sandwhiching the strut shaft. It's also where you mount your strut bar on top of.
