It would be way cheaper to just fix the problem on the power than convert to manual windows.

Rails
Crank assembly
Door panels
Installation
Probably some hidden costs as well
Repair:
A little wiring
Maybe just a switch or a fuse
Figure it out cac it seems worthless.
