I'm pretty sure the package they were talking about was the Factory Performance package, not the OEM kit+spoiler. I think if you look at the bottom left side of the license plate you can see that there is a badge there, I'm thinking that it might be the Factory Performance badge. If he just got it AND its lowered, that would make sense.
well the pics ive seen... the FPP doesnt lower that much... its like an 1nch....
