Short answer: No.

Long answer: No, all of the carb'd 1300 and 1500 engines were from third generation (US 84-87) cars. This means they use a different style of distributor, a vacuum advance with a different bolt pattern. The head is probably also of a CVCC design, which would be a pain to work with. Harry (1stgencrxer) can explain that mess better then I can, since my '87 is a (fuel injected) Si. The intake and exhaust manifolds are also very different and know at least the exhaust manifold is not interchangable with later cars. There are a lot of little differences between pre-88 E series (now D series) and 88+ D series engines, so you better call that company back and get the right head.
