How about some more info? What year is your Accord? I'm assuming 98-02 since you thinking they might fit. If so, and I had to guess, I'd guess the fronts have a decent chance of fitting. The best way I'd say to find out is just try swapping them in, and see what happens. You'll probably have to rewire the power seats as well, make sure you get the entire harness to the seats, cut below the seat wiring harness so you can hard wire the harness to your car and still unclip them if needs be.

Maybe someone on here can tell you for sure, I say just try it. It's not hard swapping seats.
