House gets done, I'd furnish it nicely. Then I'd chill for a bit and soak in my newfound life. So after 10 minutes of that, I'd fly out to see my dad and see what he wanted to do, stay in Portland and buy a home or move elsewhere, I'd set him up and he'd be straight for life.
