its only non-profit in terms of the services provided does not cost money to the people who needs them. everything is paid for by grants.
the program i was with last year costed us $130k. that was provided through 3-4 grants.
The major non-profit organizations are loaded with cash, they will give themselves bonuses or buy or donate money, they have to zero out after they pay their employees and what not.
That is what I understood of non-profit organizations.
