I read the manual and it said not to assume that it's the starter if the car does not turn over... I guess it could be the solenoid that is attached to the starter?
The tests were free. As far as the solenoid, that seems to be the #1 answer of people whom I've spoken to about my problem. That includes the gentleman at Autozone who did my tests. Apparently my next move is to take out my starter/solenoid and have it tested. I'll let you know what happens assuming you don't beat me to it.
