You can run about 10 to 14 psi of boost on a stock h22 with not problem. You just need it tuned well and a good boost and fuel management unit. So if you plan on running more than that. I'd go with the f22. But about 13 psi is going to put around 300 whp down with a h22.

you'll at least need a a thinner head gasket to reduce compression with 10lbs of boost. going near 14lbs on stock internals is crazy, the ringlands will not last.
