I was in the same predicament a little while ago. With the f22, you can build and boost it but just know that it will take quite some time. There are no shelfed parts for that motor and custom ordering will take months upon months depending on the turnaround time of companies right now. Furthermore with the f22, down the road, you will always think, "Dam if I upgraded or had an h22, what would that be like?" You are limiting yourself with the f22 because you could have always gone with an h22.
At the same time, the f22 motor build is much more cost effective and saves you mad money. So it all boils down to preference I guess.
I personally went with the h22 and built it and now its boosted anf running great!! Good luck...
