Well today I went to the track and had soem fun. Ran it all day. I am so tired and sore. So here's the scoop on the deal with my accord. Its the F22B1 with Aem CAI, Cat-back exhaust, Dc-sport header, Aem Cam gear(un-tuned). Last year my dad drove it and ran low 17's consitantly and I drove it and ran 17.2 at my best and could not get out of 80MPH trap speed on all runs.

Well today I took out my spare, jack, and carpet in the trunk and ran 17.1 with a passenger so I was pretty happy. Then my about 240 pound dad got out, and I ran 16.8! I like this so far! Then John(nightshade) says I should take out my interior.

So I get done doing that, mix in 96octane gas with my regular gas, so in total a little les then a 1/4 tank. First run I run 16.6! then the 2nd run I run 16.5! That was my best run. I was very suprised that interior stripping can bring it down so far. I mean even though its still slow, I feel good about it. I Ran 11 times so im going to pick out the good ones because most of them were 16.6-16.7.


1st run: RT:904 60': 2.228 1/4:17.175 MPH:81.12
2nd run: RT: .610 60':2.551 1/4:16.733 MPH:83.31
7th run: RT: .565 60':2.471 1/4:16.597 MPH:84.80
9th run: RT: 697 60:2.567 1/4:16.628 MPH:83.7

And the rest of the runs were not bad they just were the same thing basically. I hit 16.8 towards the end of the day as it started to get 83 degrees it just stayed there and I hit 16.9 twice.

I beat a 5-speed focuz with resonator removed, rear-section exhaust, intake, and a 50 shot of nos haha. He ran like 16.9 and 16.4, both times I was ahead of him even though he ran a faster time.

My favorite race was the 9th run where I raced a 5-speed LS integra with intake, exhaust, header. I had him from 2nd on and beat him barely.(he was pissed) He ran a 16.660 and I ran a 16.28!

But it was a fun day, tomrorow im at it again.
