Uhm...no!!! We gave them samples from the CDC for research and development of civilian purposes, although I will admit we knew they would be used for other purposes. But Iraq developed these weapons after the first Gulf War when they were no longer allowed. These are the onesthat are documented and are now missing. but the only attacks on clintons watch that were on american soil wern't near as major as 9-11-01
9/11 may have happened on Bush' watch but this was planned well before he was elected and the terrorists were in the country when he was sworn in...that is an inteligence failure on Clinton's part.
maybe clinton "didn't do anything" because he realized getting into a war with people you can't really fight and throwing your country over 4 billion in the whole "liberating" countrys for the sake of convenience.
And because Clinton did nothing we had 9/11. Remember Clinton decided to turn down the Sudanese government when they wawnted to turn Bin Laden over to the US before they kicked him out and he wentto Afghanistan. Turns out that was a real smart move.
