Call em again! Police seem to have an unspoken rule that if nobody complains about it, then they don't have to DO anything about it.

Complain! Make yourself heard. Get someone else to call too. Call a neighbor and make them call the popo too. The more complaints they get the more likely they are to actually do something about it. Gatta be the one to bug the police to do their job.

Friends and I did it at a hotel once... loud party late at night... we were trying to sleep. Hotel mangement wouldn't do anything.... we called the cops. Cops came and told them to quiet down. They didn't... we called again, same thing... we called a 3rd time... same thing.... 4th time the cops made them leave. Took 4 times and 3 hours but we got them kicked out.
