Tips if your a auto. Powerbrake/Gas tell what ever RPM you want. 3rd yellow light let it rip. Try to time it on when you are leaving on the 3rd light instead of green. Thats how I got my .503. 
Yeah you auto boys got it easy...so far my best is .536
