Fresh oil is always the best
That is what oil and car companies want you to think. I get all my information from my sponsor who road races and does Solo I. Even his shop manager who has a Ford Bronco says he swears by these changing timelines. Read the back of the bottle and it will say the same thing, and I've sent my oil to the places they recommend to get it analyzed and it comes back A+.
It's all personal opinion too. Yes changing your oil more often than not is better. But there's also the extreme of changing your oil TOO much and just wasting money. I just started a new job today and the guy changes his oil every 1000 miles on his Ford Taurus.
But no oil doesn't loose vicosity it just gets dirty.
