BDI's, if you want to try a polymer that you can find readily, Meguiars #20 is a good one. If you just want a good regular wax go to your local Harley Davidson Store and pick up S100.

I don't know of any engine cleaners, I clean the engine often enough so that I don't need to use anything harsh.
