I just tried something different. The last time I jumped it with the key on and off and no fan but this time I actually started the car with it jumped and the fan came on after I turned the engine off.

So now up to date on this issue is that I have the fans working but the check engine light is still on (see my post: code 6) and my S light is still flashing (see my post: code 10) and I have yet to know why the fuse blew.

Both of these codes point to the ECT as the fault.
