If i were you i would go over the ignition, ignition timing, try using the smaller rims too, that will help with getting what little torque that motor has to the ground. Try lightening your car too, when i went i took out all the seats, spare, jack, and ran 1/8 of a tank of 100 octane, dont know if it helped that much, but at least i knew i was doing all i could to run faster.
