The only bolt ons that might give you some amount of low end torque would be the inake manifold and the cold air intake. Shorter fatter runners on the ITR intake manifold increases air flow and gives decent amount of torque during mid to high range rpm. And the CAI gives more torque due to cooler outside air induction, it slows the rev a bit on the VTEC motors because it takes more time for the engine to inducts the air due to the longer pipe, but it also increases low end torque a bit.
