Has anyone been able to increase low end power in their vtec motor noticeably by doing mods that dont require machining or pulling the head, while keeping the motor Naturally Aspirated?

I have a stock 2000 gs-r with an icebox to be installed within a few days. I dont want nor expect to make my car a freaking powerhouse with the mods i want. I just want somewhat of an increase down low. If you have done some thing(s) to your car that you could feel down-low i would appreciate your input.

i know almost all products for integras are made to increase airflow(and power) for higher rpms...and i know my wants will be difficult if not impossible to attain. So dont tell me this, I dont want this thread to be filled with that crap, that keeps the post from attaining its goal. so If you do not have positive input please dont respond...
