because of the lack of a significant support beam in the rear, separating the cabin from the rear subframe, you could benefit from a rear strut tower bar or some other more rigidly designed brace to keep your rear subframe from twisting and responding erratically and independently from the rear suspension.

as for the front, the struts are mounted so close to the firewall on Hondas, chassis flex in the front subframe is minimal if any at all.
