im been in those fights for about a year or so it's not like learning stuff but it gives good experiance and is dam n good in a street fight were jstu not allowed to hit to the head while were on the ground thats the only diffrenece in ameture that and the normal ****ers r huge. but mui tai is great stuff that makes up alout of my cross training stuff the kciking to the nerves and use of elbows knees and forarms will help u so much it mean nasty stuff and if u take it u better ehal fast bc your gonna get hurt like evrytime
