The CRX I saw with the NSX engine did not utilize a driveshaft. The engine was mounted in the rear of the car and my guess is was mounted to a custom transmission housing.
The only RWD Integra conversion I've seen was over in Japan and the engine was mounted in the rear as well. This would require customization on the shift linkage and would utilize CV Joints in the rear vs. the front.
