Default J32A2 + 6-Speed or Keep J30A1?

This is a project that is happening during the next year or so. When I get enough money saved up, my first mod is going to be a CL Type-S 6-Speed manual. I've come to the conclusion that my car should be run into the ground, because it ain't worth nearly as much to sell it as it is to me...the car is in immaculate condition, I just took out all the interior panels and cleaned them spotless, the car has had regular maintenance as per the Honda schedule, the total cost of unforseen maintenance has been $232, and the Infiniti dealer tells me my car is worth $5200 wholesale because of the miles on it. I could get 8-9k or so private, but belay that. This car is worth much more to me than it is in dollars. So, here are my options:

1) Go ricer and install I/H/E (probably Comptech in all) and pray my tranny holds up. Figure 240 HP or so at the crank.

2) Install CL-S 6-Speed and lightly mod it, maybe just a Comptech header. Figure 300 HP or so at the crank.

3) Install J32A2 and 6-Speed and live with it until I graduate and get a real job.

4) Run my car into the ground as-is.

I'm a college kid with a decent co-ed job. What do you guys think? I could probably afford either 1 or 2 in the next year. Keep in mind my car has 121k miles and suspension upgrades are a seperate entity...right now I'm looking to replace the auto tranny or at least add some power. Springs/shocks/struts/sway bars/bigger rims/tires will come when I fix my transmission problem and add some flavor to the car. Keep in mind my car is really in immaculate condition...I know where she's been.
