I have a '99 Civic Ex 5-Speed with an OBD2 ECU and I am looking for an OBD1 ECU, I have found a couple of P28 ECU's on Ebay that came straight from 5-Speed 92-95 Civic Ex's. I was wondering if that is all I need except for the OBD2 to OBD1 harness? I am also planning on getting a Turbo for my car and I was wondering if that is the right ECU? The reason I am asking is that I have seen OBD1 ECU's that come with different chips to change the Vtec point and the Rev Limiter.
