lol... i know what you mean about rpm motoring.. i got my apexi ws exhaust from them and it took them 2 1/2 weeks.. no one answers my call or nothing... they suck ass. i check with apexi directly and they are not buying direct... so might be some ghetto shop somewhere in socal that doesn't even have a retail front. their price is good.. but services sucks.
