Which fan is not working first the condensor fan or the engine fan? If you don't know which is which post on which side of the engine the fan that's not working is on driver's or pass. There is a sensor by the t-stat on that car that could be going bad, or a relay problem. you need to get a wiring diagram and start checking the circuit out for the bad fan. i like to go backwards from the problem after i check the basic's i.e. fuses, voltage at the bad compontant. I would unplug the fan and check for voltage at the connector to the fan, then go backwards from there. I would get a diagram then try jumping the relay etc.. It shouldn't be too hard to find the problem. You could try to get a honda dealer to let you make a copy of the wiring circuit out of the manual. just some ideas, good luck
