A buddy of mine had the same story to tell. He said he got his turbo CA EXEMPT with a big ass sticker. Said he brought it to a referee in Sacramento to get it exempted. This place apparently is where all imported cars get exempted for CA. Did this civic guy just get it done at B.A.R. ?
