Don't really know what would happen, as I haven't taken that route before. I have simply had tickets signed off. However, from what I know about the court system, I can tell you that you would probably be ordered by the judge to remove the offending equipment and slap you with a fine. Then, of course, if you don't remove it, you'll face contempt charges. BTW, I'm in CA, so I'm not sure what FL's procedures are.
