IMO if you want a true straight up bolt on kit, capable of getting your 200 WHP then get it.
if seems like you're not into building the engine up to support higher boost numbers so i would sugest keeping the blue box,

as far as tuning the hondata s200b is a great product but rather pricey, in the end you spend a couple hundred just on the fmu is you go with hondata do to the conversion harness needed, hondata itself, and someone to tune it
AEM EMS i would say the same thing, tuning = $$$
