a place to get a good deal on wheel bearings?

we went to change my rear shoes, and what do you know, they're fine, about 3/4 left. apparantly the problem lies with a seriously messed up wheel bearing. we called the only local auto parts store that was open at the time, and they wanted me to buy the whole hub assembly since they didn't sell the individual bearings.

this whole thing has been a royal pain in my ass, so does anyone know the best place to get them?
