Dawrenn, I answered you about how to fix this already in your other thread about this same catalytic converter. I told you why this might happen, what it means, and provided you with a link to a VFAQ about how to fix it permanently and inexpensively. Converting from OBDII to OBDI would be and expensive exercise in futility in comparison to soldering in a 1 microfarad capacitor because you'd have to buy an expensive conversion harness and a new ECU.
