I think the common misconception a lot of people (both guys and girls) have is that if you're good/bad with one person, doesn't mean you'll be the same with an other person. I honestly believe that how connected/trusted/in love you are with a person makes all the difference.
I did the hibbidy dibbidy with my ex many times where I had to walk her down my stairs afterwards because he knees were weak and she'll collapse

You are SOOOO right Deek. (for once :db: ) There's such a strong bond between me and Jackie that just her touching my back can drive me insane. I really don't know why I was with my ex for so long... I belive it was pity... and didn't realise it was ok not to have a significant other. When we split tho... I spent a lot of time.. soul searching if you will... and realised that.. I didn't need another person to make me happy. I was perfectly content with myself... focused on me while I was single... and... when Jackie and I started dating.. there was an unbelievable bond that I had never felt ever before. And the sex was more passionateand just a need to be with one another.. so not like sex with my ex where the goal was just getting off.
