were u just told that it was gonna end by someone- meaning your one year contract is up, if so then its kinda your fault, not to sound like an ass, but if you didn't call in yourself to actually cancel the phone then ur still binded to your contract. If u did call in and they said it was gonna cut off on the 6th or whatever then u have every right to fight against it.
