first what you have to do is start noticing where the clutch is. notice the clutch pedal position where your car comes out of gear and catches the gear.

then figure out the pressure to use. best way to describe it is you push in on the clutch (for now go all the way to the floor) and move to the next gear. when your coming off the clutch...imagine it being like poking a bubble. if you don't want the bubble to pop you come out kinda slow and soft. but once you get past the clutch remove your foot or it won't be a smooth shift.

while removing your clutch foot you wanna be coming in on the gas at about the same time. when your hitting the sweet spot your feet should be passing at about the same time and at the same speed. like a see-saw.

the hardest is getting first and second down.

dang I could go on for days. downshifting, double-clutching, drag racing etc. I hope I helped.
