I used to cheerlead, and I did gymnastics for about 4 years. When I was a cheerleader I was the "flier' meaning, since I was one of the lighter girls, I would be used for stunts and routines, like getting thrown up in the air. HAHA,
Alot of the routines consisted of stunts like handsprings and flips, but the hardest one, and my favorite is a back handspring landing in the splits.
