but also remember that the Neon has a very low compression ratio which is more boot friendly compared to the one in that RSX. A very good example of this is the VR4, people with NA 3KGT's have been doing TT conversions on there FWD NA cars. The compression on a VR4 is low like a 8:1 etc...and in an NA its 10:1 or whatever. now a NA TT conversion car at only aorund 8 psi of boost can beat a VR4 at 14 psi of boost. why you ask? well the high compression for one thing spools like turbo's in the car a hell of alot quicker and the stock 9b turbo's in the car get full boost almost instantaneously(sorry for spelling). i bet the RSX wouldn't hold the 15-16 psi(if i am correct) that an SRT-4 holds as safely and reliably.
