he's your typical salesman, out to make a buck. he'll give you a good price. i'm sure there can and always will be cheaper places, but at least Vic has built a small reputation doing this and won't screw you over.

in my particular case, he just failed to work with me more closely on getting the rims i wanted/ordered. he thought he knew better (and i'm sure 99% of the time, that'll be the case). but since this was regarding clearing these big-fat brake calipers on my car that weren't meant to be on Hondas, his knowledge was/is limited.
