So im sittin in a parkin lot that a bunch of us just chill at and i spot this car from across the lot... I grabbed my cam and had to take a pic of it... maybe "creative rice"? The guy did it as a joke and he said he used 2 rolls of duct tape.. he had a roof vent too but it blew off...
