like 95GS-R said, little variation is the most important. but it's interesting to see that all cylinders came down approx. the same amount. did you remember to have the engine at operating temp? did you hold it at WOT while cranking? if you did these things, i would still be content. you're within spec and there is little variation. if you didn't, you may find that your numbers will come out a little higher.
around 180 all across would be optimal.
