she literally came into his lane without any warning and b/c of the curve going to the left he could not see her comming over into any of the lanes... it also happened within 2 or 3 feet of a left turning lane for the casino employee parking which was his destination... the officers on scene said it is a common accident place between casino employees and drivers who need to turn around... what's even worse is that the uturn she was trying to make is a legal u turn for traffic going west bound and the casino bus stop on the expressway....

if she decides to try to press any kind of lawsuit with mike.... he'll be doing the same bc she never recieved a careless/wreckless driving ticket along with pain&suffering (he had to be in bed most of the last few days)
