you won't make hp, but you'll free more power since you'll have less drag on your motor. it'll also rev quicker, again, less drag on the motor.

the real gain is from the power steering. i just dropped my power steering (car never had ac thank god) and the gains were worth it.

also the weight gains are really nice, it's not just the amount of lbs removed, it's where it's removed. All of th weight is in front the shocks so you lose a lot of weight at a good place.

if you are serious about handling and driving. try your car without the power steering. the road feel is much better.

i hated the power steering on my car and not having it is worth it especially, on a damn civic.
