Yeah, when I did it i needed a deep socket, because the nuts were too far on the bolts, but other than that, all you need is the new part and a 10 mm socket. You have to kind of stand on your head to do the replacement though. Kinda uncomfortable and awkward. The cruise control box is a rectangular silver box bolted in 2 places. Once you get that off, take it out totally, because you will need all the room you can get. Then you'll find another black fuse/relay is bolted on top of the main relay, so you have to just loosen it up a tiny bit on the other side before you can unbolt the gray main relay from the upper housing.
