get back running/working out/being active

my g/f @ the time bought me a soloflex for xmas & it's still in the closet in the packing. i'm gonna set it up in the next few weeks cause i bought a new desk for then new pc i bought & i'm gonna do some furniture rearranging soon.

i really need to get back in shape. i use to run 15-20 miles a day when i was in college & on the track team. i felt so much better back then. my morning routine was 3 eggs in a glass @ 5:30am (no alarm clock) & go run 7-10 miles. in the evening, i'd run another 7-10 miles. i did this 6 days a week for about 8 years. i could do 10 miles in 55 minutes back then. now i couldn't run a mile in 15 minutes if somebody was chasing me.

i've noticed since i turned 30 a few years ago, i have aches & pains all the time. i've pretty much turned into a lazy fuk.
